red color
Brake system warning light
Indicator Meaning: This warning light means either that the braking system is malfunctioning or that the handbrake is in operation. Failure to check the cause of this warning may lead to abnormal operation of the system and possibly cause an accident.
Charging system warning light
Meaning of the indicator: It indicates a fault in the battery or the car's charging system.
The appropriate action: Contact the company authorized by Toyota Iraq to check the battery and charger connections.
SRS warning light
Meaning of the indicator: It indicates a malfunction in the SRS airbag system or the seatbelt tensioning system.
The appropriate action: Have the car inspected by a licensed company immediately.
ABS warning light

Meaning of the indicator: It indicates a fault in the electric steering system.

Low engine oil pressure warning light
Meaning of the indicator: It indicates that the engine oil pressure is too low.
The appropriate action: Stop the car immediately in a safe place and contact the licensed company you are dealing with.
Automatic transmission fluid temperature warning light
Indicator Meaning: The warning indicates that the automatic transmission fluid temperature is too high if the light is illuminated.
The appropriate action: Stop the car immediately in a safe place, turn the gear lever to P and wait until the light goes out. If the light goes out, you can start the car again. If the warning light does not go out, contact a company licensed by Toyota Iraq.
Excel back lock indicator
Indicator Meaning: Use the rear axle locking system only when the wheels are rotating on slippery or uneven surfaces. This system is effective if one of the rear wheels skids or falls into a pothole.
The appropriate action: Press the rear Excel lock key and the indicator will appear on the screen. Do not increase the speed to more than 8 km/h when this feature is enabled. To cancel this feature, press the key again.
Seatbelt reminder lights for rear seat passengers
The indicator's meaning: To warn passengers in the back seats to fasten their seat belts.
The appropriate action: If the seat belts are fastened, the indicator should turn off.
High engine coolant warning light
Indicator Meaning: This light indicates that the engine is overheating and there is a possibility of engine damage. The light changes from a flashing to a solid light as the engine coolant temperature increases.
The appropriate action: Stop the car immediately in a safe place and contact the licensed company you are dealing with.

Indicator meaning: It beeps, the warning light illuminates and flashes to indicate that the main warning system has detected a fault.
The appropriate action: Follow the instructions in the message displayed on the car screen. If any warning messages appear again after carrying out the necessary action, contact your licensed company.

The indicator means: The braking system is faulty or the brake fluid level is low.

Fault warning light
Indicator meaning: It lights up when the engine control system or transmission control system is faulty.
The appropriate action: Have the car inspected by the licensed company you deal with.
Pre-collision visual warning system
Indicator Meaning: This indicates a sensor malfunction or that the system is temporarily unavailable due to extreme cold/heat in the vehicle or dirt around one of the front sensors.
The appropriate action: Visit the licensed company you are dealing with.
Slip indicator
Indicator Meaning: When the system detects vehicle skidding conditions, the stability control or traction control system is activated. Please note that the light will flash when the anti-slip system, stability control, or traction control system is engaged.
The appropriate action: Slow down and allow your vehicle to regain traction. If the light does not turn off, contact your authorized service center.
Low engine oil warning light
Meaning of the indicator: It indicates that the engine oil level is too low.
The appropriate action: Immediately turn off the car and check the engine oil level. If it is low, add more oil. If the oil level is not low, visit one of the authorized Toyota Iraq service centers.
LED headlight warning light
The indicator means: It indicates a fault or defect in the lamps.
The appropriate action: Have the car inspected by a licensed company immediately.
Tire pressure warning light
Meaning of the indicator: It indicates that tire pressure is low, or that the tire pressure warning system is malfunctioning.
The appropriate action: Check the air pressure in all tires using a gauge and determine the cause of the pressure loss in order to add air, or visit the licensed company you are dealing with.
Low windshield washer fluid warning light
Meaning of the indicator: It indicates that the windshield washer fluid level is too low.
The appropriate action: Add the washing liquid.
Brake bypass system
The indicator means: If the warning light is on and if the light is flashing, this indicates a malfunction in the braking system.
The appropriate action: If the warning light flashes, have the vehicle inspected by a licensed company immediately.
Warning light for automatic headlight leveling system
Meaning of the indicator: It indicates a malfunction in the automatic headlight leveling system.
The appropriate action: Have the car inspected by a licensed company immediately.
Front fog light indicator
The indicator means: The fog lights are on, providing excellent visibility in challenging driving conditions, such as rain and fog.
The appropriate action: The fog light should be turned off if the weather is not foggy or rainy and visibility is clear.
TRC traction control system off indicator
Indicator meaning: The traction control (TRC) system helps maintain traction and prevents the drive wheels from spinning when starting the vehicle or accelerating on slippery roads.
The appropriate action: If the vehicle gets stuck in snow or sand, the traction control system may reduce engine power. You may sometimes need to deactivate the system to free the stuck vehicle. Please note that some vehicles have a TRC on/off button, or you can access the settings on the display.
Low-speed four-wheel drive indicator
Indicator Meaning: This warning light indicates that the four-wheel drive feature is activated.
Appropriate action: Use this property to climb or descend steep hills and drive on rough roads as well as in sand, mud or snow.
Excel Central Lock indicator
Indicator meaning: When this system is running, the indicator will appear on the screen. To cancel this feature, press the central Excel lock key after releasing the tires or moving to non-slip or rough roads.
Appropriate action: Use this system when the car tires get stuck in a pothole or when driving on slippery or rough surfaces.
Blind spot indicator
Indicator Meaning: When a vehicle is detected in the blind spot, an indicator on the side mirror on the detected side will illuminate. If the turn signal is moved towards the detected side, the side mirror indicator will flash rapidly. Note: This indicator is not necessarily located inside the side mirror; it may be located inside the car near the window, as in the Toyota Corolla Cross.

LDA Index
Indicator meaning: When driving on a road with white lines, this feature will alert the driver when going off the designated lane and will also help to bring the car back onto its correct lane.
The appropriate action: When the system determines that the car has deviated from its course, a warning is displayed on the information screen and a warning bell sounds to alert the driver, and the system also returns the car to its correct course.
Smart Entry and Start System Indicator
Indicator Meaning: This warning light indicates a malfunction in the smart entry and operation system.
The appropriate action: Have the car inspected by the licensed company you deal with.
Parking sensors off indicator
The indicator means: It indicates that the system is temporarily unavailable, possibly due to a sensor being dirty or covered with dust or snow, etc.
The appropriate action: If the sensors are clean and the light is still flashing, this indicates a sensor malfunction. Have the car inspected by a licensed company.
Brake readiness indicator
Indicator meaning: The brake hold system keeps the brakes applied when the gearshift lever is in the D or N position.
The appropriate action: The system releases the brakes when the accelerator pedal is pressed while keeping the gear selector in the D position to allow for a smooth start.
Maintenance reminder
Indicator meaning: The following symbol indicates that maintenance is required according to the distance traveled.
The appropriate action: Have the car inspected by one of the licensed companies you deal with, perform the necessary maintenance, and then reset the maintenance data.

Cruise control indicator
Indicator meaning: Use cruise control to maintain a set speed without pressing the accelerator pedal.
The appropriate action: Press the “ON-OFF” button once to deactivate the system, then press the “ON-OFF” button again to reactivate the system. If the speed control cannot be set or if the cruise control is canceled immediately after activation, there may be a malfunction in the system. Have the car checked by a licensed company.
Economic Leadership Index Light
Indicator meaning: Economy driving is designed to reduce fuel consumption and can be activated or deactivated.
The appropriate action: The light will automatically turn off when accelerating or exceeding the specified speed, as well as when the car stops.
Radar cruise control indicator
Indicator meaning: The car accelerates and decelerates automatically to match the speed changes of the car in front of you via radar, even if the accelerator or brake pedal is not pressed.
The appropriate action: Use radar-based cruise control on highways.
Multi-terrain selection indicator
Meaning of the indicator: The multi-terrain selection system controls vehicle performance and improves off-road driving capability.
Appropriate action: Use this system in mountainous and rocky areas.
Crawl control indicator
Meaning of the indicator: It allows driving on rough road surfaces at a constant low speed without pressing the accelerator or brake pedals, reducing vehicle loss or skidding on slippery surfaces and enabling stable driving. The system helps to free tires stuck in sand and maintain vehicle stability.
Appropriate action: Use this system in mountainous and rocky areas.
Brake lock indicator
Indicator meaning: It indicates that the brake immobilizer system has been activated.
The correct action: Activate it by pressing the brake hold button. A green light will illuminate to indicate that the system is active. The brakes will remain engaged until you accelerate again without touching the button.
Turn assist indicator
Meaning of the indicator: It helps in turning while driving on rough or slippery road surfaces, where the car travels at a constant low speed without the need to press the accelerator or brake pedal.
Appropriate action: Use this system on rough or slippery roads.

Indicator meaning: This warning sign indicates that the high beam headlights are switched on.
