When you purchase a Toyota from our authorized centers, you’re not just getting a car – you’re securing years of comprehensive coverage, professional maintenance, and access to the best available services and parts. Your vehicle will lack nothing during our Limited New Car Warranty period, as all covered repairs and modifications will be free, including genuine parts replacements and labor costs.
• Toyota will repair or replace any defective part in your new Toyota for 36 months or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.
• The warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship and excludes the defects mentioned in the “Warranty Exclusions”.
• Warranty coverage is fully transferable to subsequent owners of the vehicle and is valid only within the country where the Toyota dealer listed in the warranty registration is located.
Damage caused by the following:
Fire, accidents, or theft.
Improper repairs.
Modification or tampering, including the installation of non-genuine Toyota parts and accessories.
Improper maintenance, including the use of fluids other than those specified in the owner’s manual.
Airborne chemicals, tree sap, road debris (including stone fragments), railroad rust, salt, hail, flooding, storms, lightning, and other environmental conditions.
Misuse (such as racing or overloading), neglect, or the use of non-essential parts.
Surface or cosmetic wear caused by stone fragments, scratches, or dents.
